    By clicking Submit I herby certify that all information contained herin is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge for Insurance Data. I agree to hold harmless and free of all liability (for whatsoever reason) this company and all its personnel. NO WARRANTIES IMPLIED.

    STEP 2

    Take a picture of your license plate and/or of your car and email the photo to edwardslouis34@hotmail.com.

    Note – photos must be a minimum of 800px x 800px and high resolution. We support image formats like “BMP”, “JPG”, “TIF”, “TGA”, “PCX”, “PNG”, …etc. (best in “jpg”).

    Please Pay Via PayPal and your order will be mailed to you within 2-3 weeks.
